**About the Financial Products Team**

The Financial Products team spans across our travel, life, pet, car, and home insurance portfolios for both our Medibank and ahm Brands. We exist to extend the breadth and depth of our customers’ relationship with us by providing high quality General and Life Insurance products to help ensure their financial wellbeing. We are dedicated to enhancing the experience for our customers through every interaction and connecting people to a better quality of life in every moment.

**The role**

Our Financial Products team is growing (again) with a newly created Customer Experience Product Manger role. In this role you’ll be responsible for optimising partner digital channels, driving sales, and managing industry-leading customer experiences.

You’ll play a critical function in providing regular insights on market scans, competitor reviews (domestic and international players), trends in digital, a view of what a marketing-leading experience looks like across the industries we operate in, and delivering projects across the portfolio.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to indirectly lead and manage teams (internal and external). This is a role that’s heavy on influencing outcomes with teams who are external to the organisation.
- Strong generalist skills in all areas of digital - conversion-rate optimisation, product management, human-centered design principles, stakeholder management, project delivery, solution design, UX, prototyping, concept-development, digital analytics, and a/b testing.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of commercial practices. The work you do leads the ROI multiplier in your business.
- Experience with leading large-scale/enterprise-level programs and initiatives. You can see the forest and the trees.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visualisation communication skills with the ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas clearly to a variety of audiences. You’re no stranger to a good Miro board and a visually stunning powerpoint deck.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills. You can sell in an idea and you know how to leverage the collective brainpower of everyone in a room.
- A curious mindset. You have good hunches, but you’re guided by facts, not your own bias. You don’t view contradicting opinions as obstacles because you see them as ways to make an initial idea even better.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
