**The Role**:
As their
**Online Customer Service Administrator,** you will be busy and required to possess excellent time management, communication and problem solving skills.
**The Duties**:
- Manage customer deliveries and movements using **ZENDESK**:
- Process orders and returns efficiently using **ZENDESK**:
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases
- Booking freight
- 1 day per month (not mandatory) in Retail shop - overtime rates apply.

**The Required Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience within in a similar role - preferably in the retail sector
- Strong proven customer service experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Work well as part of a team
- **Experience with MYOB and Zendesk an advantage**
