Office Admin

We are a wholesale company in the Moorabbin area, seeking a warehouse office assistant.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- **General admin duties**:

- **Data entry on Microsoft Excel**:

- **Generating pick lists, invoices and statements**:

- **Customer service on the phone and face to face**:

- **Liaising with the warehouse and freight companies**

Skills & Requirements:

- **Advanced in Microsoft Excel is essential**:

- **Organised and can multi task**:

- **Good reading, writing and verbal English skills**:

- **Hard-working and reliable**

Previous experience is desirable but not essential if you are a fast and eager learner.

This is an excellent opportunity and the position is offered at full time basis.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
