The Head of Administration Services role underpins the sustainability and growth of EML by overseeing the management of the people, processes, and systems of the Business Administration Services (BAS) department.
The role leads a high performing and customer-responsive team that works strategically to drive efficiency and consistency throughout the operations. The team is based in Sydney, Parramatta, Newcastle, Manila and Kuala Lumpur. Routine travel to these locations is required.
This will be a **permanent, full time **position based in the **Sydney **office, with flexibility to work from home.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop, implement, forecast, and drive the strategic direction, performance, and sustainability of the team. Oversee a scalable, efficient, collaborative, and effective operating model.
- Identify opportunities to enhance communication and services utilising the continuous improvement channels to plan and implement change.
- Identify and evaluate individual and organisational development needs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of the business and trends and respond effectively to changes.
- Conduct regular reviews of forecast against budget and take corrective actions as required.
- Ensure the appropriate allocation of resources to achieve objectives at optimal cost.
- Ensure appropriate strategies are in place to maximise performance.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated tenure in leading a team, coaching, and developing others. Management of, or experience in working with, remote and culturally diverse teams is preferred.
- Excellent organisational ability including the use of effective time management.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions.
- Deep understanding of EML claims systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and customer service skills.
- Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite
