**Job Description
- Customer Success Executive**
This exciting role at a global MedTech company is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career. You will be working closely with your clients in your portfolio and assist them with any enquiries as well as help maximise their potential and benefit with their subscription.

**Key Responsibilities
- Customer Success Executive**
As a Customer Success Executive your responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

- Responsible for your own portfolio of clients
- The point of contact for all inquiries from the accounts in your portfolio
- Build and nature relationships with clients
- Assist clients in maximising the benefits of their subscription
- Manage customer cancellation requests in order to retain the customer
- Work with data to monitor customer health scores

**Job Requirements - Customer Success Executive**
- Strong experience in customer service or account management
- A real team player and go getter - attitude is everything
- Excellent communication skills and a real problem-solving mindset.
- Must be proactive
- Willingness to learn
- A customer centric mindset (the customer is the most important factor)
- Keen to join a global start up
- An interest in health care is highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication
