Sales Representative (Bakery and Pastries): Part-Time / Contract

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team, promoting our exceptional bakery and pastry products. If you have a background in hospitality sales or experience in the bakery industry, your skills and passion will be invaluable in this role. Your primary focus will be to drive sales and expand our customer base, and commissions will be offered as a rewarding incentive.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Outreach: Actively engage with potential customers, both individuals and businesses, to introduce and promote our diverse range of bakery and pastry products.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our bakery and pastry offerings to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and uniqueness to customers.

Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities for growth.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving or exceeding defined sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Networking: Leverage your previous hospitality sales or bakery experience to tap into your network and explore potential business opportunities.

Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions, and provide regular updates to the management team.

Commissions: Take advantage of the commission structure in place, allowing you to earn rewards based on your sales performance.

**Requirements**:
Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or bakery industries, is a definite advantage.

Product Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for bakery and pastry products, and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions.

Networking Abilities: Utilize your existing network in hospitality or bakery to identify potential leads and sales opportunities.

Motivated and Results-Driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Flexibility: Able to work part-time hours, including weekends and occasional evenings, to accommodate customer schedules.

Customer-Focused: Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting client relationships.
