**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies that align with our business objectives and key messages.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and social media influencers to secure positive coverage and increase visibility for our brand.
- Create and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials to relevant media contacts and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate and oversee media interviews, photo shoots, and other publicity events to promote our projects and achievements.
- Develop and manage crisis communication plans to protect our reputation and mitigate negative publicity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, and development teams, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications channels.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media trends, and industry news to inform and adjust our PR strategies.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and relationships with external PR agencies and consultants as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to enhance our thought leadership and network with key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- **At least 8 years** of experience in a public relations or communications role, preferably in the **real estate or related industry**.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns that resulted in positive media coverage and increased brand awareness.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and communications materials for different audiences and channels.
- Excellent media relations skills, with established contacts and relationships in relevant media outlets and platforms.
- Knowledge of media monitoring and analysis tools, social media platforms, and PR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and travel as needed.
