**The Role**:
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all Facilities Management operations **(both hard and soft services)**, ensuring seamless coordination of both hard and soft services.
- Utilise your expertise to organize and optimize site teams and supply chain processes
- Experience in organising the site team and supply chain
- Walk around the site, engaging with team leaders proactively whilst checking status, providing updates, and following up with all requirements
- Manage and take accountability for the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
- Maintain agreed profit margins through strategic financial management
- Act proactively to lead and motivate staff, ensuring the provision of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective services.
- Take full accountability and ownership of staff on the accounts, from Facilities Managers to technicians, including recruitment, retention, appraisal, and leadership.
- Maintain strong customer relations through progress meetings, site visits, and obtaining referrals.
- Build robust relationships with clients, positioning yourself as the first point of contact for any works required on their sites.
- Work closely with other Operations Managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business.
- Establish and ensure all contractors are compliant by conducting site inductions.
- Monitor adherence to policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Regional FM / Account Lead experience **(Highly Desirable)**:

- Background in Retail Facilities Management **(Highly Desirable)**:

- Strong multiple stakeholders, contractor management skills and customer service **(Highly Desirable)**:

- **Must be Immediately Available**:

- In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles **(Highly Desirable)**:

- Ability to calculate complex figures **(Highly Desirable)**:

- Ability to forecast and prepare budgets **(Highly Desirable)**:

- Strong People Management Experience **(Highly Desirable)**

**Extra Details**:

- **Pay range**: between **$65 P/H** and **$75** **P/H**:

- **Location**: NSW, Sydney
- **1-2 month + Assignment** **(with strong possibility of extension)**:

- Parking Available Onsite
- Will be required to travel between sites
- Immediate Start
- Standard Working Hours
