**To be Successful in this Role, you will**:

- Have a current Registered Nurse or Midwife AHPRA Registration
- Have a clinical background of at least 4 years, with strong clinical workflow knowledge, business analysis skills and project delivery experience
- Have past experience in a tertiary hospital environment, displaying comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows in acute and sub-acute inpatient settings
- Be proficient in functioning autonomously and within a complex team environment
- Have demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external professionals and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Be familiar with Oracle Health EMR or an equivalent EMR system
