**Temporary Personal Assistant to Manager City Technical Services**

An exciting opportunity has become available to support the City Technical Services team at Georges River Council in a temporary opportunity up to March 2024.

**About the Opportunity**
- Temporary, Full-Time
- Salary from $67,800.68 - $78,557.20 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation
- Work as part of a dynamic and supportive team
- Be a key player in engaging and building relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support the Manager City Technical Services and direct reports to ensure that all Council correspondence is being addressed within the parameters of the Customer Service Charter
- Prepare, co-ordinate and review outgoing Council written correspondence to ensure quality and consistent communication.
- Assist and collaboratively work with other PA’s/EA within the Directorate to meet organisational KPI’s, timeframes and demands.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, assist with Councillor briefing and communication.
- Update Councillor and website content as required.
- Assist manager CTS with resolution comment updates, pulse reporting and Council reports.

**Key Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to produce written material of a high standard without supervision.
- Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment.
- Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyse complex issues and prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and ability to exercise of sound judgment.
