We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic **Electronics Equipment Technician (Machine operator)** to join our team

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Install and repairs electronic systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of equipment.
- Carry out diagnosis and correct or replace malfunctioning electronic units
- Performs preventative maintenance on test equipment.
- Maintains logs. Assists with the Test Failure Measurement Evaluation and Analysis as needed
- Replace faulty electrical components of machines before and after sale.
- Manage stocks of supplies and equipment.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the end-to-end procedures of electric equipment’s from assembling, testing and calibration and installation.
- Test machines and electronic equipment to diagnose faults using a variety of diagnostic tools including visual inspection.
- Diagnose and repair defective parts to ensure the correct functioning of the machines reassembling, test operating and adjusting equipment
- Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus, using test equipment, and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables, using hand tools.
- Ability to work according to Health Safety policy and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related area
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for electronics

**Job type**: Full Time
**Salary**: $80,755 per annum + superannuation

**Salary**: $80,755.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pyrmont NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine operating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
