**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
As a part of your role, you will increase engagement regarding mental health and wellbeing training, products s and services primarily across healthcare, schools, and community settings.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Proactively identify and approach potential clients, qualify leads, close sales.
- Promote services via client meetings, attendance at relevant conferences and networking events, EDMs, flyers, website updates, and external advertisements.
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with relevant internal stakeholders (research, clinic, corporate functions).
- Create and maintain strategic business relationships with external stakeholders, professional partners, client organisations and accrediting bodies.
- Respond to training enquiries from clients, establishing scope of work and objectives, generating training proposals and quotations.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- Must possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to read and optimise digital promotion activity such as edms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability with project coordination and all aspects of program delivery to deadline and budget/targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant knowledge or experience in the mental health field is not mandatory but would be desirable.
- Degree in Business, Psychology, Management, Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent networking, consultation, liaison and negotiation skills, with proven ability to identify and establish new business.
- Experience in operating within a high-volume sales environment that focus on Consultative Sales Approach.
- High level computer literacy across MS Office suite and other CRM based programs.
