Our client, a prominent figure in the provision of mental health and allied health services, is on the lookout for a seasoned and visionary General Manager to helm operations across their four clinics located in Hamilton, NSW, and Rutherford.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Leadership**: Direct a diverse multidisciplinary team, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Counsellors, Psychologists, and Exercise Physiologists, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance culture is cultivated.
- **Strategic Development**: Oversee all facets of HR, total management, and the strategic direction for business expansion, adapting to meet the evolving needs of the community and maintain best practice standards.
- **Comprehensive Client Care**: Guarantee the provision of holistic care across all age groups, overseeing a mixed caseload with the support of an inclusive and dedicated administrative and management team.
- **Team Oversight**: Manage a comprehensive support network, including a full reception/admin team and a Practice Manager, to enable smooth clinic operations and outstanding service to clients.
**About You**:
- **Qualifications**: Advanced qualifications in a field relevant to mental health or allied health, coupled with qualifications in Leadership or Management (desirable although not a requirement)
- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams within the mental health or allied health sectors, with a strong background in operational leadership and business management.
- **Leadership Skills**: Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for inspiring teams towards excellence and innovation.
- **Strategic Vision**: A strategic thinker with a robust vision for expanding service accessibility, enhancing client outcomes, and building a nurturing, inclusive work environment.
