Health, Safety and Quality Professional

We are currently seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Quality Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position that will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our quality safety and environment management systems.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards and experience in scheduling and releasing audit notifications, non-conformances and corrective actions.
A person committed to developing a culture driven by quality and continuous improvement, with highly developed teamwork and interpersonal skills and an eye for detail, will be central to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Management: Develop and sequence internal audit master schedules, create audit notifications, schedule audits with required staff and room bookings
- Audit Execution: Assist with the capture of quality evidence during audits and create draft audit reports
- Corrective Actions: Release final audit reports, capture findings in the HSEQ audit database, monitor and capture corrective actions from audit findings
- Reporting: Generate periodic reports for system performance across each standard
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HSEQ Team, including diary management, meeting room bookings and other tasks as required
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in navigating and maintaining MS SharePoint sites
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Standard
- Previous experience in administration or office management
- Exceptional organisational and information management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate level knowledge across Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
