**About our Role**:
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a HRIS Delivery Analyst to join our dynamic and growing business. Reporting to the Global HR Application Delivery Manager based in the USA, you will be responsible for analysing and implementing functional solutions for business systems and sub-systems spanning multiple lines of business regionally and internationally.
This role will support defining and driving the direction of UKG (formerly Kronos) Dimensions, Simplot’s timekeeping solution. This includes responsibility for the design, configuration, implementation, and documentation of UKG Dimensions, interfaces to payroll engines and adjacencies to meet internal business and strategic goals.
The role reports to a global team based out of the United States and would include work outside of Australia.
**What will you do**:
- Develop and analyze functional specifications for integrations and configuration
- Design UKG Dimensions to meet business and technology needs
- Coordinate with developers and offshore resources to build and implement technology solutions
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance
- Participate in business projects to deploy or add functionality to company’s timekeeping software
- Involvement with upgrades and large technical projects as needed
- Supports business team on pay rule processing for hourly population
- Escalation point for troubleshooting as part of a technical team
**About you**:
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Understanding of IT processes
- Database knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team
- Strong ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels
- Good problem-solving skills
- The ability to work autonomously or in complex environments
- Bachelor’s degree is desirable, equivalent education and experience may be considered.
