TLH Recruitment is proudly representing one of **Australia's largest Automotive Distributors **based in Redbank, seeking experienced and enthusiastic PM Despatch Team Leaders to join their team This position offers a temporary-to-permanent arrangement and involves **overseeing outbound operations** within a designated area during the PM shift. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the teams under their supervision operate at peak efficiency in alignment with business requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures individual and team safety by complying with all safe work practices, policies, procedures, and instructions
- Effectively influences Quality Assurance processes through shift operations ensuring order and stock quality and customer satisfaction
- Organising any requirements needed for the warehouse to be compliant with all legislation and operating procedures

**TEAM LEADER AREAS**:

- **Putaway** - Coordinates with Imports, Equipment and Inventory Team Leads effectively ensuring that all putaway tasks are actioned.
- **Pallet Despatch - **Working with Manhattan WMS and Smart Freight systems to ensure rapid and accurate despatch of all required freight ensuring safe wrapping, strapping labelling and consolidation of pallets is completed.
- **Carton Despatch - **Lead the rapid & accurate despatch of Stock orders, Customer Collect, Overnight Airbags & Emergency orders in line with agreed Service Level Agreements and Business Unit requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledgeable about WMS (preferably Manhattan) and Host Systems (preferably Mo Pro)
- Relevant experience in a large fast-paced DC/warehouse environment
- Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF/LO)
