The work unit delivers and maintains technical services and solutions across a broad range of functional areas, from front line service desk through to innovative and cost-effective digital and cloud transformation initiatives.

**Your new role**

Key accountabilities (but not limited to):

- Responsible for TCSI reporting and compliance related technical implementations, identifying impacts and dependencies on existing processes and system solutions and developing implementation plans and timelines in conjunction with other SMEs, technical specialists and stakeholders.
- Liaises with the software product vendor to understand SCU context and ensure that priorities are considered in the development of the Technology One Student Management compliance solution.
- Develop and manage effective, collegial and collaborative working relationships with Work Unit experts, clients, and team members to understand and deliver business requirements and provide best practice customer service. Meet regularly to share knowledge, discuss current and future issues, plan for future enhancements, resolve problems and prioritise work.
- In close consultation with the Work Unit Expert and utilising team resources, coordinate and undertake system analysis and develop specifications as required to support agreed business processes.
- Work closely with relevant users and managers to determine the level of and extent of the new functionality and provide high level advice on feasibility.
- Liaise and work with relevant users to develop revised system-based business processes.
- In consultation with the Work Unit Expert, draft business case and solution proposals outlining estimates and realistic cost effective design alternatives.
