**The Position**

**Position Title**: Regional Assessment Officer
**Classification**: ON14
**Salary per hour (exc. super)**: $44.86
**Hours per fortnight**: up to 76
**Employment Status**:Two Part time Fixed Term positions available - _until June 2024_
**Other requirements**: COVID-19 Vaccination, Influenza Vaccination

**Role Description**

The Regional Assessment Service (RAS) conducts Home Support Assessments to assess people for eligibility for entry level home help services through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). The aim of the CHSP is to help older people live as independently as possible with a focus on reablement. These positions will be located in the Loddon and Bullock Shire.

**The Team**

The Community and Public Health Services Division has a primary focus on improving the health outcomes of the communities in our region. With a range of local and regional programs supporting place-based health promotion, prevention, care and support, they work collaboratively with other Divisions and regional partnerships and networks to support quality outcomes. The Division has a strong leadership role in the Loddon Mallee Region and is committed to ensuring processes are in place to deliver on our Division.
