The Volvo Bus team has a fantastic opportunity for a customer-centric
** Regional Service Manager.** This role will act as a Lead Technical Manager for Sydney metropolitan region responsible for service and technical support to customers and dealers.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensure and maintain a high level of technical expertise for Bus products, particularly with regards to E-Mobility
- Achieve a high level of Customer satisfaction in the area of responsibility
- Chair customer Service Meetings in line with expectations and manage actions from customers or supply partners
- Technical helpdesk contact
- Monitor dealer technical reporting systems & quality

**About you**:

- Strong Heavy Vehicle or Bus technical background
- Mechanical Trade Certificate is advantageous
- Proven track record demonstrating consistent customer service and stakeholder relationship-building skills
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hold a flexible approach to work commitments as extensive travel across the Region is required to meet customers' expectations
- Highly organized with a proven capability of working autonomously
