As an Club Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing our clubs in the Macarthur, Preston's, and Camden Area, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively. With over 500 locations across Australia, Anytime Fitness is the country's leading fitness group, and we're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the clubs to achieve targets and uphold our BELONG values.
- Lead and motivate a high-performance team, fostering a culture of excellence and positivity.
- Utilise your sales and marketing skills to drive membership growth and engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, inspiring members to achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives.

- Outstanding people skills and a strong work ethic.
- A genuine passion for the fitness industry and transforming lives.
- Previous experience in general management, sales, or marketing preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve success.
