We are a Registered NDIS Service Provider looking for an Administration Assistant to support the expansion of our business and maintain daily administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who is independent, shows initiative, enjoys the challenge of managing diverse tasks, that is also friendly, kind and shares our company values that align with providing care to people in the disability sector.

The role will include but not be limited to:

- Help with job ads, organising contracts and onboarding workers
- Taking care of participant intake (phone calls, organising service agreements)
- Creating and publishing marketing materials for the company
- Maintaining our social media platforms
- Maintaining our website
- Finding new ways to source participants and taking action on this
- Administrative support in remaining compliant including assisting with any NDIS audits accordingly
- Liaising with other organisations working with the company
- Admin support with payroll tasks
- Organising events and networking with stakeholders
- Occasional assistance as a Disability Support Worker for NDIS participants

You must also be proficient in Gmail, Google docs, Deputy, Canva and Microsoft Office. Other necessary training will be provided.
