The Talent Partner ole at Secure Code Warrior is a major contributor to our global expansion while operating within a hyper-growth environment, working alongside teams across 5+ time zones. This role is acting as an empathetic executor who will drive our forward-looking and aggressive hiring plan that enables our company’s strategy and evolves our organization into a high-performing recruiting
- machine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take the lead on all things recruiting - this is a full cycle recruiting role and will include sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and virtual and onsite interviews and global support.
- Create a sourcing strategy that leverages your networks and diverse and inclusive communities working in technology.
- Actively Sourcing/Hunting A+ Talent
- Use team platforms and tools like Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bamboo, and Confluence to ensure strong data hygiene.
- Leverage our employer brand - help spread the SCW love to events, conferences, and communities.
- Manage offer letters and assist with onboarding new warriors.

**Capabilities**:

- Minimum three (3) years of in-house end-to-end recruiting experience
- Extensive experience recruiting for engineering, product, and high-tech talent is required
- Proven track record of finding and hiring top talent
- Deep experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn, GitHub, Reddit, Boolean, and other methods.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to work with various personalities.
- Stakeholder management and partnering with senior leaders.
- Ability to help develop and guide a hiring manager through a successful end-to-end search process.
