Lead and manage the effective and timely talent attraction and recruitment across Commercial and Supply Chain functions for our ANZ business. A standalone and end-to-end role, you will develop and deploy best practice talent identification, attraction, recruitment, selection and on-boarding across a broad range of roles in function and level. We have recently rebranded as Kellanova and have ambitious plans to be the largest snacking company in the world - this role is key in ensuring we have the right talent in place to achieve these goals

You will form an integral part of our ANZ HR team and work alongside a team of passionate HR professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding results to all stakeholders. We take our jobs seriously but ourselves - not so much

**A taste of what you’ll be doing**:
Lead and manage the end-to-end life cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruitment and selection, onboarding, and support succession management across all Australia & NZ functions
Implement and support line managers in HR best practice resourcing, succession management, capability building, organization and team effectiveness
Partner with respective HR Managers on strategic / proactive talent sourcing for critical and or / hard to fill roles
Work with regional and global Talent and Employer Branding teams to develop & localise the new Kellanova employer brand

**Your recipe for success**:
We’re looking for an individual who can pick up and run with this opportunity. With significant experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally from an internal recruitment role with FMCG experience highly desirable, you will have strong interviewing techniques, stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach and develop further line manager skills.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role
