**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Sea Operations Manager is responsible for leading and navigating the day-to-day operations of the Sea Operations team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To calculate overseas profit splits
- Review sea export SLI’s received
- To inspect all dangerous goods documentation and cargo
- To mentor and support staff members
- Enter overseas costing into the operational system
- Documenting Document Change Requests
- Attend and participate in quality meetings as directed
- Recording internal and external complaints on QIR’s
- Annual reviews and recordings of each staff members training needs
- Responsible for the review of all documents and amendments
- Responsible for the review of customer purchase orders, telephone, over-the-counter orders and for resolving all outstanding issues

- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in Cargowise
