As a **Professional Architectural Coatings Specialist, **you will and report to Commercial Sales Manager and will be responsible for new key account business within the (New/Commercial) space.
You will manage relationships with important influencers, including Architects, Builders, Designers and collaborate with consultants across the region to create and share best practices to align with business strategy while helping grow the ANZ business.
**Responsibilities**
- Achieve the sales, profit, and growth targets for trade for assigned territory.
- Develop the customer service proposition to support the brand strategy.
- Implement specification / sales strategies to achieve both long
- and short-term goals.
- Deliver marketing and promotion activity within the segment maximizing revenue for PPG.
- Deliver professional product / system presentations to trade customers while developing working relationships with important customers.
- Supply tender development, presentation, and management.
- Provide market intelligence / feedback on required new product development and product enhancements.
- Maintain a sales pipeline for New Residential growth and grow a portfolio of important accounts.

**Qualifications**
- Successful track record in account management.
- Commercial knowledge of the coatings industry is necessary.
- B2B sales experience within construction industry is a bonus.
- High-level exposure around negotiations.
