**D365 Functional Consultant - Elders**

**The Opportunity**:
Elders are embarking on a transformation program which will technically enhance the way they work and provide far more efficient outcomes to their customers and employees.

As the Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will be a key member of the System Modernisation team and be responsible for managing the rollout of new functionalities as well as supporting ongoing business issues for the implementation of D365 modules.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Projects involving implementation, testing, designing, upgrading and changing D365 modules.
- Provide leadership to Level 2 Support team and be the escalation point for D365 related issues.
- Be accountable for the overall incident resolution process and meeting the agreed KPI’s.

**What we are looking for**:
You will have proven hands-on experience in managing enterprise platforms like Dynamics365 (F&O, Commerce and Customer Engagement). Implementing enhancements to existing system processes and adding new functionalities will be critical to your success.

You will be a skilled communicator with a consultative approach and the ability to develop relationships among many internal and external stakeholders, including System Integrators.

Exposure to tools like AzureDevOps and PowerPlatform is highly desirable.
