Your key accountabilities

**The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Overview all web/desktop publishing services to ensure all publications meet current industry and QPS standards.
- Coordinate the collation of documentation for operational policy and procedural changes relating to the Unit's operational publications.
- Undertake policy research and analysis and provide high quality, well researched advice where required and contribute to the development, implementation, evaluation, review and continued improvement of legislation and policy frameworks.
- Within a team environment, determine work priorities and task allocations to ensure timely publications are achieved.
- Contribute to the evaluation and continued improvement of systems and processes that support the Operational Improvement Unit.
- Perform policy and procedural reviews and develop/evaluate procedures that comply with Queensland legislation and Service strategic direction.
- Coordinate or undertake special projects to achieve QPS corporate goals and strategic priorities.

**Role Requirements**:
While there are no mandatory requirements for this role, exposure to and experience with Microsoft and Adobe publishing products (e.g. MS SharePoint and Adobe Photoshop) will be considered favourably.
