**About the Role**
Virgin Money leverages its Rewards program as a key differentiator in the banking industry, VMA is establishing a whole of bank rewards program that will allow customers to earn and redeem points based on their entire relationship with Virgin Money.

As new products are onboarded in the program a Product Analyst is required to provide support to the Loyalty team (and broader BOQ stakeholders) ensuring that Virgin Money Rewards strategy is achieving its commercial and customer targets.

In addition, the product analyst will assist the business with the ongoing delivery of new products and features into the program including change management support prior to launch of new initiatives (T&Cs, FAQs, process documentation and training) as well as providing BAU support to the program that is already in market (customer complaint management, marketing support etc).

**About you**
We are looking for passionate team members who possess exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as the following:

- 2+ years’ experience in financial services, preferably within the cards or loyalty space
- The ability to influence stakeholders and teams to build a better product with a constant focus on driving customer engagement and commercial profitability.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in developing business cases.
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment with a need to manage multiple programs of work at any given time.
