Global Technology Solutions (GTS) are entering an exciting growth phase as we recently launched our new SaaS cloud Practice Information Management System (Ascend) to our valued vet clinic customers. We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our GTS team based at Eight Mile Plains on a permanent basis. You will be key to helping to understand and define customer problems and determine technical solutions through collaboration and you will assist with setting up reporting to enable data-driven decision making and provide insights that deliver tangible business outcomes through product development. This role is integral to ensuring delivery of our product roadmap and will support high performing Agile scrum teams.

You will join a product team that has a clear list of priorities so that you can deliver and focus through the whole design process. We have an exceptional product that is disrupting the veterinary tech market in a positive way due to our unique product design. As Product Analyst, you will:

- Act as an advocate of the needs and behaviours of veterinary staff, facilitate cross-functional discussions and ensure they are aligned with our product strategy and vision.
- Incorporate market and customer insights into product development and decision making processes.
- Assist Product Managers with sprint and feature work by defining feature scope through analysis and insights, prioritising backlogs, and ensuring internal teams are across updates.
- Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

About You

To be successful you will have;
- Suitable qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (not essential) coupled with at least two years experience as a Product Analyst.
- Any exposure to the veterinary industry will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering customer-centric products.
- The ability to balance the competing priorities of internal and external stakeholders and build long term, supportive relationships.
