- Will suit operations / processing / admin experience from Financial Services
- 70-80,000 package depending on experience | CBD location
An exciting opportunity has recently become available to join the Unlisted Investment division of this leading registry provider, completing operations and processing tasks for Fund Managers and their investors.
**Working in a collaborative team environment, you'll be fully trained **across a
***variety of operations requirements applicable to the management of unlisted investment schemes, including property funds and bond products.
**Typical duties include**:
- Security & transaction reporting.
- AML/CTF Verification (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing).
- Incident management.
- Security allotments & redemptions.
- Unit pricing, investor information updates, advisor commission calculation & reporting.
- Client / investor queries handling
- Ad hoc project work
- Previous work experience in the Financial Service Industry.
- Experience in a processing / administration / operations capacity with a love for back office work.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organisation skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Confident computer user, with intermediate - advanced Excel
- A strong team player approach and the desire to assist others.
