**About the Opportunity and Responsibilities**

As the Supporter Relations Officer, you will be responsible for administration and high standard care to the Foundation’s supporters.
- Respond to all phone calls from supporters, including those regarding donations, general inquiries, cancellations, refunds, and problem solutions.
- Update/record accurate information in the database for all communications
- Liaise with supporters to ensure accurate and up-to-date payment information
- Assist with the Fundraising team where necessary

**Skills and Experience**

You will be proactive, positive, and have a natural flair for customer service.
- Experience in a customer-service-oriented role, and the ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- High-level written and verbal communication skills - the ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Intermediate skills in MS Office suite, ability to quickly pick up new databases/software (experience with Salesforce is highly desirable)
