Sunshine Coast Based (Mooloolaba)

**About the Position**:
In partnership with our leading spa client, WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Day Spa Manager for a full-time, permanent opportunity commencing within our client's Sunshine Coast office, holding a Monday to Friday roster, with some Saturday shifts. This position will be direct with the client.

**Responsibilities will Include**:
Stock Management, Rostering, Reporting, Marketing and operational task s.

Leadership of staff and day to day management.

Manage ment of Expenses and Labour Cost s.

Coordination of guests and staff.

**Requirements of the Role**:
Diploma or Equivalent (Beauty Therapy)

Self Motivated

Prior Team Leadership experience

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated and passionate tea m.

Flexible approach to working hours and some weekend work will be required.
