**Who we are**:
We are an established multi-disciplinary medical team encompassing injury treatment, management and medico-legal assessment located in the Sydney CBD with a position available for a full time Client Liaison Officer. The successful applicant will be a vibrant, energetic person with excellent customer service and attention to detail.

This role requires you to be in our city office 5 days a week.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:
The role encompasses client liaison and administration duties including, but not limited to:

- Take phone and online bookings and cancellations, ensuring that the booking system is updated accurately with all the required information.
- Handle phone and online queries from all clients
- Sourcing Medical Specialist availability
- Book travel and accommodation for doctors as required
- Prepare files for appointments at doctors personal rooms and regional locations
- General administrative duties

**Skills and experience**:

- Be outgoing and personable with excellent customer service skills
- Possess exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Be professional and well-presented
- Have computer and online booking system experience
- Knowledge of personal injury insurance schemes advantageous, but not a requirement

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
