Exciting openings are available at Perth Zoo for skilled Food & Beverage Supervisors to play a role in the day-to-day activities of our functions and food outlet areas. If you possess the required skills and have a desire to work in this unique and thrilling setting, your next adventure is ready and waiting.

As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with overall responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale.

**Key Duties**
- Assist in coordinating front of house team’s daily operational demands
- Lead the team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
- Establish, uphold, and oversee quality customer service practices.
- Organise rosters as per operational requirements.
- Address any elevated guest grievances.
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Previous experience in a comparable role, seeking to contribute to a larger operation
- Have an absolute “can do” attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekend, and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Excellent knowledge of food and safety standards and infection control principles
- Must have a RSA and Supervisory Management Certificates
