**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Be a point of call for any escalations to drive positive outcomes
- Drive 'first call resolution' outcomes
- Provide information and technical advice - product training is on offer
- Ensure all orders and checked, confirmed prior to delivery and in line with brand standards
- Follow policies relating to returns and refunds
- Processing of wholesale orders in a timely manner
- Calling wholesale customers with information, quotes, time frames so they can inform their customers
- Provide basic system support to internal and external stakeholders
- Actively be involved in work place projects when required
- Booking in repairs and booking out completed repairs

**Skills**:

- 1+ year of Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Analytical and strong attention to detail
- Strong relationship management skills
- Problem solver
- Enjoys a fast paced environment
- Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work a rotating roster to cover longer work days to be able to service all customers accordingly
- Can do & will do attitude, a team player
