Our client is a high performing, well-established real estate office located in the heart of the beautiful Northern Beaches area


Due to growth, they are on the lookout for a Leasing Consultant to join and support their busy property management team.


You do NOT require any prior real estate experience to be considered for this role - you will be trained from the ground up and be supported by a genuinely lovely team who have each other's backs.


The Position
In the role of Leasing Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting open homes and private inspections
  • Responding to incoming tenant enquiries
  • Preparing lease agreements
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
  • Conducting ingoing inspections
  • Plus much more

The Person

  • Previous experience in a real estate role is ideal, however not essential our client will hire on a positive attitude
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration is essential
  • A valid NSW drivers' licence and a reliable car
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • A 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service
  • Available to work every Saturday with a day off during the week
