**The client**
Our client is a leading Australian residential developer undergoing a sustained period of growth within their business. They have a team of close to 100 dedicated property professionals and continue to grow and expand their operations here in Sydney. They have won multiple industry awards for their projects and their team culture is inclusive, professional, and fun with everyone running in the same direction to provide unique developments to their customers.

**The role**
This is a newly created position for a Social Media & Content Creator to join their marketing team where you will be working with experienced property marketing professionals. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:

- Social Media & Digital Content Creation & Execution
- Coordinate SEO Planning with Digital Agency
- Media Liaison at Events & Community Activities
- Generate Organic Social Content & Paid Media Promotions
- Draft, Coordinate & Execute e-newsletters for the Company

**Skills & experience**

As the Social Media and Content Creator, you will be creative and innovative, well-organised, and have excellent writing and communication skills. Other key requirements include:

- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing
- Experience Managing Social Media for Business Purposes
- Experience Creating & Implementing Effective Content Strategies
- MS office, Adobe Creative Cloud & Advanced Computer Skills
- Knowledge of Influencer Marketing, Branding, SEO, SEM, & Paid Advertising
