- Werribee is a thriving western hub, set on the Werribee river and fixed between Melbourne and Geelong, and is known for its rich history, vibrant arts and culture scene and stunning parklands. It offers a range of transport options - including a train station just 750m from Ingenia Federation Werribee’s entrance - making it easy to get out and explore the local area.

**About the Role**
- Seeking a part-time Receptionist/Guest Experience Officer to join our Federation Werribee Village.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Managing reception and front of house
- Take payments when necessary.
- Assist guests & residents with all questions and reasonable requests.
- Greet residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Register any issues in terms of cleaning, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
- Conduct site tours, if necessary, with prospective residents
- Use of computer programme and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents.
- Attend to general receptionist duties including filing.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure the site remains clean and tidy.
- Lock up facilities including but not limited to office, units, common areas and gates.
- Attend to matters including but not limited to noise complaints, maintenance requests, repairs to public area facilities, etc.
- Carry out routine walk around, and perimeter checks to ensure all residents are abiding by site rules.
- Actively foster and support a positive working relationship with all team members, always following correct reporting lines.
- Show absolute care and empathy towards the needs of our customers, communicate with genuine care and engage in positive relationships while maintaining professional conduct.

**About You**
- Previous reception and administration experience is essential
- Previous Strong computer literacy skills
- Planning and organizational abilities
- Confident in decision making and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive team player.
- Well-presented, confident, and proficient at dealing with people.
