**About the Company**

We have partnered with a well-known transport organisation in the heart of Melbourne CBD, looking for an experienced Application Support Manager to manage an established Applications Team, where you will be reporting into the Applications Service Delivery Manager.

**About the Role**

Key Duties:

- Manage a successful team
- Work closely with vendors and hold them accountable to their contractual obligations
- Understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Lead a team of specialists and remove single point of failure in personnel.
- Deliver key business initiatives while working closely with internal stakeholders.

**Skills & Experience**
- Qualifications in Information Technology.
- Conduct performance reviews and setting team objectives
- Be able to lead small to medium project implementations
- Key systems include (but not limited to) HRIS, Finance, Safety and Document Management.
- Develop roadmaps.
- ITIL processes including CAB and ARF.
