YNW Web and Apps is a software development company located in Adelaide that specializes in helping non-traditional Australian companies build their business models, management, and online marketing strategies.
To continue our success and growth, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused person to join our team as a Customer Service & Technical Support Representative.
We're open to all sorts of backgrounds and levels of experience - to succeed in this role, you need to be passionate about providing outstanding service to our customers. We can teach you the rest. The role will include but not be limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
Provide a superior level of customer service accurately and promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Escalate incidents to the appropriately competent technician or manager
Record, track, and document the service desk request problem solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Continuously improve the customer experience by suggesting process and service improvements.
General office duties
**Requirements**:
Customer service experience - if this is in the IT industry - great - but if not, we still want to hear from you
General administrative and computer skills
Excellent communication and a desire to help
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
