**About the Role**:
Charles Campbell College is seeking a Receptionist who will be accountable to the Business Leader for assisting in the effective administration of an R-12 school which is located across two campuses. The incumbent undertakes reception and other clerical and administrative tasks which contributes to the effective operation of the school and the achievement of educational outcomes of students. The incumbent is also responsible for a range of reception and administrative activities to support the In-School Psychology clinic. Days of employment must be Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

- Ability to communicate effectively and establish positive working relationships with a diversity of groups and individuals
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a flexible manner to manage a range of Reception functions within agreed timelines
- Experience in providing an effective client service

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
