An exciting opportunity exists to support the communications for a major digital transformation touching every business across Macquarie Group. You will work directly with the Change and Communications team and program team to execute on a communication strategy as part of a global change program for User Access Management (UAM). Supporting the UAM communications manager and change team, you will be responsible for producing and implementing effective internal communications, engagement activities and events across Macquarie.

You will need to have:

- Good teamwork and communications skills
- Some experience with internal communications in BAU and/or projects
- Ability to engage and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A can do attitude and able to think out of the box
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- A sense of ownership with a passion for communication and creativity

This is a great opportunity to be part of strong change and communications team, to learn and grow, whilst making a difference in cyber security within a global financial services organisation.
