**About Us**
Access Telehealth is a business built by medical professionals, designed to enhance, and improve health outcomes by supporting medical practitioners and communities across Australia. We operate in 3 specialised but distinct business streams:
**Access Specialist** provides rural and indigenous Australians with specialist video appointments via referral from their GP. We work with clinics to manage and facilitate consults using our purpose-built software and operations team.
**Access Aged Care** provides Nursing Home residents with a co-managed clinical care team, including nurses and GPs, Geriatricians and other specialists resulting in an enhanced service and industry-leading clinical outcomes. We partner with nursing homes at a corporate level and directly to build resident numbers and grow this innovative care model to support the aged care industry at all levels.
**Access Therapist** provides participants with Allied Health services via video conference, allowing for care to be received from the safety and comfort of their homes. We work with clients from children through to adults and pride ourselves on connecting people and improving health outcomes.

**About the Role**
We are seeking an administrative support person to assist with the intake of NDIS participants and other general administrative tasks. Located at our offices in Dingley Village, you will be part of a dynamic team looking to improve health outcomes for people in need. We work hard and enjoy each other’s success in this growing industry.
Some of the duties you can expect to undertake in this role are:
- Populate NDIS Intake forms with the relevant information from details collected from the initial referral form
- Set up and complete intake interviews with participants including all required administrative documentation
- Confirm the diagnosis, presenting issues, and goals of the participant in detail
- Discuss all relevant privacy legislation - (in line with the NDIS practice standards and guidelines)
- Set up a review date for our services (minimum 12 months)
- Liaise with the operations team to match the participant to the therapist and schedule initial consults
- Manage Intake phone calls
**About You**
- Experience in compliance and client intake procedures.
- NDIS experience highly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a professional, respectful and inclusive way with our clients and our team
- Proven experience in working with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds, including people with a disability
- Ability to utilise video telehealth technology
- Ability to collaborate and communicate within a team environment
