**The Role**:
The Large Loss Manager will be looking after a NSW large loss portfolio and responsible for duties including but not limited to;
- Quoting, estimating, managing and delivering a portfolio of large loss restoration projects ranging in value, complexity and location
- Liaising with key stakeholders including loss adjustors, clients, contractors and internal staff
- Utilising your industry network and building new relationships and opportunities for the NSW market
- Working with Field Teams and contractors to develop, coach and mentor a best practice approach to restoration
- Some interstate and regional travel required - a great opportunity to get out and about and explore more of NSW

**About You**:

- Proven and considerable experience delivering complex restoration projects from end-to-end
- Must have IICRC qualifications and be up to date with industry regulations
- Naturally sociable and great people skills - with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to educate and ensure compliance of company policies and procedures
- Strong written language and computer skills in order to compile and review reports efficiently
- Keen to be proactive in suggesting improvements and identifying opportunities to assist the business
