**About the role**

Our Client is on the lookout for an exceptional Large Format Store Manager who will lead and inspire a team of over 100 + employees to deliver customer excellence in all facets of store operations and compliance. With a strong and extensive background in retail management, you will be KPI driven, passionate, commercially minded and committed to delivering positive results for the business. You will work on a rotational roster to ensure you are across the business needs at all times. (some weekend work required)

**Responsibilities**
- Strategic and innovative approach for positive financial outcomes.
- Leadership in delivering exceptional visual merchandising and customer experiences.
- Cultivate a fun, engaging workplace, inspiring the team to reach their highest potential.
- Team capability building through coaching, development, and succession planning.
- Overall accountability for store safety and compliance.
- Lead our client's vision, strategy, and values within the team and organization.
- Manage loss prevention and implement preventive measures.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in Large Format or High-Volume retail preferred
- KPI-driven with a passion for outstanding customer experiences.
- Leadership skills to inspire and manage a sizable team.
- Financial analysis expertise.
- Strong understanding of best practices in workplace safety and health.
