- 9 day fortnight
- 72.5 hour fortnight
- Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.

The Integrated Transport Planning and Design department is seeking applicants for our **_Technical Support Officer_** role.

As our **_Technical Support Officer _**your responsibilities will include:

- compile and update as necessary completed detailed design drawings and documents related to Council projects
- log compiled projects into the Council drawing register
- assist users across various departments with their enquiries in relation to the drawing register
- assist the Team Leader Technical Support with operational activities

**About you**:
We are seeking someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.

You will have:

- an understanding of general software such as MS Windows, MS Office, Adobe/Bluebeam PDF editor
- the ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment
- good communication skills to enable you to liaise with different departments within Council
- an understanding of engineering drawings and technical documents an advantage
