**About the Role**:
A great ongoing part-time opportunity exists for a District Support Officer to join District 14, a positive, supportive and close-knit team based in Melton. The pattern of working hours can be established to meet individual preferences across 3, 4 or 5 days each week.

**Key responsibilities of this varied role will involve**:

- Provision of administrative support
- Preparation of documents that may include letters, memos, presentations, reports, minutes and briefing notes
- Minute taking, diary management and meeting coordination
- Provide support at meetings including, organising and scheduling, agenda preparation, venue and catering requirements
- Data entry
- Records administration
- Database and systems coordination
- Management of repairs and amendments for Radios and Pagers
- Customer service both internally and externally
- General office support

The role also provides support to other District Support Officers as required for the ordering, receipt and dispatch of goods, accounts processing, and membership support.

**About You**:
Furthermore, you will have efficient computer skills including the MS Office suite along with demonstrated strength in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This is an ongoing part-time opportunity where you will be joining an organisation that has a meaningful purpose in the community.
