Job Description

**Position Overview**:
The Project Administrator is a member of the Project Management Team. The Project Administrator assists the Project Managers to deliver projects on-time and within budget and scope. This position may assist in one or more projects as directed. This is an excellent opportunity for junior project administrators seeking a challenging but rewarding role in a dynamic team.

**Primary Duties**:

- Schedule meetings, record decisions and actions.
- Manage assigned tasks as appropriate.
- Support the PMs with maintenance of project documents.
- Prepare and provide documentation and reporting to support project tasks.
- Assist in the co-ordination of internal stakeholders including production and engineering groups to ensure contract milestones are achieved within specified cost and time constraints.
- Communicate plans, needs and results to internal stakeholders.
- Support configuration control and compliance ensuring supporting company documentation is accurate and current.
- Assist in schedule development and maintenance.
