**Key responsibilities**:
We have recently established a global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence and this role will play a key part in this team, representing and leading the ANZ region on recruitment focused initiatives as well as balancing hands-on local sourcing.
- Being hands-on in end-to-end recruitment including strategic sourcing
- Be a strategic partner to hiring managers, working collaboratively with them throughout the recruitment process, build trusting relationships, and challenging their thinking when required
- Use social media to build our brand presence in the market
- Mentor and develop direct report, ensuring high engagement and performance
- Build on / develop new processes, and ways of working with the business, ensuring that we bring in and retain the right talent
- Monitor employment related costs ensuring that recruitment spend is within budget
- Provide regular reporting across a wide range of key recruitment metrics - eg. time to fill, diversity, inclusion and equity measures, costs, vacancies
**We're looking for**:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in an internal recruitment role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high volume and varied requisitions
- Experience working to strict deadlines with ability to deliver high quality outputs at the same time
- Sharp eye for detail
- Proactive, creative and driven by continuous improvement
- Collaborative approach to resolving challenges
- Facilitation and training experience
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
- Knowledge of visa processes (Australia & NZ), Australian and NZ (desirable) employment law
