- **We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our client’s team**

The Assistant Account Executive will play a key role in the development of the company by delivering high levels of client service and assisting the Account Executives, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Account Directors, and Directors.

The position requires implementing the company's values of empathy, insight, and expertise while maintaining strong relationships within the industry and negotiating on behalf of clients to achieve successful outcomes.

**Duties and responsibilities include**
- Provide exceptional support and client service to an existing broking portfolio.
- Ensure the company's viability through effective administrative support for new business, endorsements, and renewals.
- Assist in the processing of all related insurance documentation using the broking system, Word, and Excel.
- Produce and process all quotations, invoices, policy documentation, reports, certificates, and premium funding quotations accurately and on time.
- Manage electronic client filing.
- Assist in debtor management.
- Keep track of policy schedules issued by underwriters and review against agreed terms.
- Adhere to compliance requirements and maintain an ongoing understanding of legislation.
- Build, maintain, and develop existing and prospective clients.
- Represent the company at relevant industry and networking events.
- Take direction from Account Executives, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Account Directors, and Directors to facilitate new business and implement marketing initiatives where applicable.
- Undertake the insurance claim process as required.

**Qualifications and requirements**:
**Required**
- Tier 2 (minimum) or equivalent
- Undertake appropriate activities to achieve/maintain 24 CPD hours per year in line with compliance.

**Desirable**
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint (where applicable)
- SCTP and WinBEAT Insurance Broking Software
